Returns and Refunds Policy


Thank you for shopping at Goddess Glitter. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our policy below, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We want you to be happy with what you recieve from us.  Please contact us if for any reason you would like to return a used product and we will work with you to make it right. 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

You can return any item you are unsatisfied with, including sales items


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
